1. What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period for all rental e-bikes is 2 weeks.
​2. What’s included in the rental fee?
Each rental includes a delivery bag, two locks, helmet, charger, and free basic maintenance.
Basic maintenance does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence.

3. Do rental e-bikes include insurance?
No. EBIKE100 does not provide insurance for rental e-bikes.
Renters are fully responsible for any loss, theft, or damage during the rental period.

4. Is a bond required?
Yes. Bond requirements depend on visa type.

5. What’s the difference between GPS and No GPS rentals?
- GPS rentals include an app-enabled GPS tracker, allowing location tracking and remote power cut-off for added security.
- Non-GPS rentals are more affordable and do not include GPS tracking.
- GPS installation does not remove rider responsibility.
