Welcome to EBIKE100. Thank you for choosing our products. We are committed to providing high-quality products and reliable after-sales support. This warranty policy outlines the scope of coverage, exclusions, and conditions for warranty service.

What Is Not Covered Under Warranty?
While we strive to offer comprehensive support, please note that the following are not covered under the warranty:

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, stunt riding, or use in commercial or rental environments

Improper assembly, incorrect fitting, or insufficient maintenance

Labour charges associated with repair or replacement

Items that are beyond their warranty period

Pre-owned items (our warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser)​

Warranty Duration
All of our products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
Please note: E-bikes purchased as part of a promotion, sale, or special discount campaign come with a 6-month limited warranty. Promotional items are not eligible for the standard 12-month warranty.

Coverage Overview (excluding damage caused by misuse or external factors):

12 months for factory defects related to the main body frame, including structural elements
Please note: The handlebar, headset, and fork are not included as part of the body frame in this section. -
12 months for manufacturing faults in the battery, charger, and motor hub
Please be aware that natural battery performance deterioration over time is not covered.

Items Not Covered by Warranty:

Wear-and-tear components such as tyres, brake pads and cables, spokes, and wheel sets are not included under warranty.

When Warranty Claims May Not Be Accepted
Unfortunately, warranty claims may not be approved under the following conditions:

Exposure to harsh environmental conditions (e.g., humidity, heat, power surges, dust, etc.)

Minor cosmetic imperfections (e.g., scratches or marks) that do not affect product safety or performance

Damage caused by negligence, misuse, tampering, or accidental impact

Evidence of water damage in any part of the bike

A broken tamper-proof seal on the control panel

Lack of proper maintenance or unauthorized modifications

Normal wear and tear from regular use

Important Warranty Conditions

The warranty period is not extended or renewed following a repair or replacement.

A valid proof of purchase (e.g., sales receipt or invoice) is required to process a warranty claim.

The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Warranty coverage is limited to products purchased directly from EBIKE100 or EBIKES VICTORIA.

All approved warranty repairs must be performed by EBIKE100 or EBIKES VICTORIA authorized personnel.

To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties or conditions are excluded.
